About SkyServ Shipping

Skyserv technologies uses a 3rd party shipping company to ship all products, namely Berco Express, and as such has to obey their terms and conditions. However we have made a promise to you, to ensure that you get your product in a timely manner. Here is how the shipping will work:

• -Before paying for your product, please read our payment procedure by clicking here

• Shipping prices are judged by the weight of the product, so after you make your order you will be notifed of the shipping costs via email with the order confirmation

• -Once the product has been shipped, depending on your location it will take between 3-5 working days for the product to arrive. since the courier service works with their major city centres it may take longer for your product to arrive if you dont live within a major city such as Cape Town or Johannesburg.

• -Once we have dispatched your order, you will be able to track it online via their website. To do this, we will send you your waybill (tracking number) of the order via sms as well as email to make use of their online tracking facility.

• -You will be notified of any delays regarding your order if we recieve any infomation from the courier company.
